Full Service Planning is ideal for couples who want a professional to guide them through every step, from initial concept to the final detail. Partial Service is perfect if you’ve started planning but need help organizing remaining details and vendor coordination. Month of Planning is designed for couples who have planned most of their wedding but need professional support in the final month to ensure everything is on track; I’ll step in to finalize logistics, coordinate with vendors, and oversee the details leading up to the big day. Day of Coordination is for those who’ve done the planning but want a smooth, stress-free day with someone to oversee logistics, timelines, and any last-minute needs. Each package is customized to ensure your wedding day is seamless and enjoyable.

Ideally, I recommend booking 12-18 months in advance for Full Service Planning to secure preferred vendors and lock in early details. For Partial Service and Month of Planning, booking at least 6-9 months out is preferred, though I occasionally take last-minute bookings, depending on availability. For Day of Coordination, I recommend booking 3-6 months in advance. The earlier we start, the more options we have to craft your vision just right.

To secure your date, a deposit is required at booking. For Full Service, Partial Planning, and Month of Planning, payments are typically divided into 3 installments leading up to the wedding day. Day of Coordination has a deposit due at booking, with the final balance due 30 days before your event. I understand that budgeting is important, so I’m happy to discuss a payment schedule that aligns with your needs.
